Beijing Jingkelong Company Limited (the “Jingkelong”), a Hong Kong listed company, is an integrated retail and wholesale distribution operator of daily consumer products.

 

Jingkelong has four kinds of operating formatscommunity shopping centers, hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores. It owns 280 retail outlets with a net operating area of more than 300,000 square meters, spreading in 16 districts and counties of Beijing and Langfang area of Hebei province.

 

Jingkelong has five holding subsidiaries. Beijing Chaopi Trading Company limited, Beijing Xinyang Tongli Commercial Facilities Company Limited, Beijing Jingkelong (Langfang) Company Limited are three of them. Jingkelong owns a normal temperature logistics center and a live and fresh produce logistics center, the two self-constructed modernized logistics centers have a strong support for the development of Jingkelong’s retail business.
