- The first chain shop – Jingkelong Jingsong supermarket commenced operation in July 1995.
- The dry product logistics centre officially commenced operation in March 1996.
- In July 1996, the sales of Jingkelong Jingsong supermarket achieved over 100 million after one year opening.
- The first 10,000 square metres shopping arcade – Jingkelong Shopping Centre officially commenced operation in August 1998.
- 31 traditional shops were transformed into supermarkets during the second half of 1999 to the end of 2000.
- A new logistics centre with total area achieved 100,000 square metres, area of storage capacity was 30,000 square metres was built in June 2000.
- The first other town shop – Jingkelong Langfang hypermarket with operating area near 10,000 square metres officially commenced operation in September 2000.
- Beijing Jingkelong Supermarket Chain Company Limited was established in April 2002.
- Beijing Jingkelong Supermarket Chain Group Company Limited underwent assets reorganization and transformed into Beijing Jingkelong Company Limited in November 2004. In the same month, Jingkelong live and fresh produce logistics centre was established.
- The Company was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in September 2006.
- The Company invested and was delegated to operate Shou Lian group in February 2007.
